For the month of February 2019, complete a 35 minute workout every day and keep those donations rolling in by regularly sharing updates.
Your 35 minutes can be made up of any type of physical activity. You can hit the gym, go for a run in the park or take part in a team sport. There's no right or wrong way to Make the Minutes Count this February.
While you might start with the best intentions, life can get in the way meaning you miss a day or two here or there. If this happens to you, don’t panic! Just work to make up the minutes on a different day.
A great way to keep yourself accountable is to pledge to make a donation to yourself if you miss a day. This will also show your friends, family and co-workers how dedicated you are to the cause.
If you're not sure that 35 minutes a day is achievable for you, then pick a goal that is. Just make sure you let your supporters know you're taking The Challenge slightly differently.

Absolutely! Exercising with a group is a great motivator and a little healthy competition never hurt anyone. Make it a challenge within your group and see who can raise the most money.
You might even decide to create a multi-team competition. Whether it's department vs department, store vs store, household vs household or club vs club, adding competition into the mix usually means more money raised, which we like the sound of!
You can create a team through your fundraising page. Please contact us if you have any difficulty doing so.
