Make a difference this year.
Footy Colours Day is a great way to bring your community together for a bit of footy fun (or friendly rivalry) while making a difference in the lives of kids with cancer.
Host a morning or afternoon tea, an action packed end of term celebration or simply wear your footy colours with pride! Join thousands of other schools, organisations, groups and clubs on the Footy Colours Day team this year.
The money you raise through Footy Colours Day funds Fight Cancer Foundation's education support programs. Our programs operate in major paediatric hospitals to help kids with cancer keep up with school while they are in hospital.
At just five years old, Maddy was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
"To keep your mind healthy and active it’s so important because these kids who are stuck in hospital have had their normal lives ripped out from underneath their feet.” - Lori, Maddy's mum
Jett was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer when he was just seven years old.
“I don’t know what we would have done without it. The program gave him a sense of normality. It takes their mind away from the horrible situation. It’s invaluable really.” - Mel, Jett's mum
