All volunteers will be required to wear a Fight Cancer Foundation branded t-shirt for the duration of the night.

Volunteer Roles

Volunteering Roles include:

Table Hosts:

Table Hosts are allocated tables to look after for the evening. You will be responsible for selling raffle tickets to your guests and assisting them when bidding on silent and live auction items.

Champagne Spruikers:

Champagne Spruikers have the very important role of selling bottles of champagne to guests! You will be assigned a set of tables to assist if they would like to purchase some champagne.

Team Leader:

Team Leaders will be responsible for liaising with the event coordinators, Jenny and Anna and overseeing a group of volunteers.

You will be allocated one of these roles. Please let us know if you have a preference.

Briefing Sessions

All volunteers will receive an information package in advance and will be asked to arrive at 4:30 pm for a 5:00 pm briefing on the night of the event.
